Main features of this Hydraulic Press Brake:
1. Hydraulic transmission, the oil cylinders at both ends of the machine tool are arranged on the sliding block to directly drive the sliding work, which has the advantages of stable work, convenient operation, safety and reliability.
2. The slider synchronization mechanism adopts mechanical torsion shaft to control the slider synchronization, which has high synchronization accuracy and strong anti eccentric load ability.
3. The mechanical stop is used to control the lower dead center, which is stable and reliable with high precision.
4. The whole manual deflection compensation workbench is easy to adjust.
5. The lower dead center pressure holding delay function can reduce the rebound of the workpiece and ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.
6. It has the function of fast forward to work forward to ensure the operator's accurate alignment.

Main Functions of the Press brake:
2. The bending machine uses full steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress,with high rigidity and stability. The machining of the frame adopts the one-time clamping machining method of large floor boring and milling machine and moving gantry machining center to ensure the machining accuracy of parts.
3. Adopt integrated hydraulic control system, more reliable and easy for maintenance.
the particular installation choices allow to obtain especially moderate noise levels both on machines of average capacity. Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system, which can assure no leakage, and the oil level can be read or seen directly.
4. Torsion Bar forced mechanical synchronization, limit stopper balance with high precision Y-axis.
5. The back gauge is welded by steel structure and has high rigidity. It is driven by Servo motor, ball screw and linear guide to ensure high precision operation.
6. The bakc-gauge fingers has high parallelism and quick adjustment on Linear guider.
7. Adjustment mechanism of ram independent from oil cylinder assembly to enhance sealing effect.
8. Special Top tool is fitted with Rapid clamping designed for bending thin stainless steel plates.
