Main Structural Characteristics of Machine,
1. Using UG finite element analysis method, CAD auxiliary design, the frame adopts integral welding and vibration elimination internal stress treatment and other methods to make the machine have higher rigidity and vibration resistance.
2. The three-point rolling guide rail is used to support the knife holder, and the blade gap is manually or motorized (optional) adjusted. The gap value is converted into the value of the shearable plate thickness. The adjustment is convenient and the value is accurate.
