1.   Main Characteristics of Shear,

•     The upper blade frame adopts guillotine structure. The rolling guide is supported by bearings as per three-point type. The front preloading guide board keeps the blade holder attached to the rear upper roller and lower roller, and there is no clearance in reciprocating motion.

•      The upper blade frame adopts an inclined structure, which is convenient for blanking and improves cutting accuracy of workpieces.

•    The cutting angle can be changed  via hydraulic system by buttons, which is convenient and fast.

•    Different shearing angles correspond to different plate thicknesses.  When shearing thin plates, the shearing angle can be reduced, the distortion of workpiece can be reduced to minimum, and the incision is straight and without burrs.

•  The blade clearance is convenient to adjust by hand to improve better shearing quality. The clearance value of the blade is displayed numerically in Meter.

•  Motorized blade clearance is option.

•     Rectang ular blade, four-edges is used in our Shearing machine, long using life, easy grinding to refresh.

•     Spherical ball support working-table, convenient for users to plate feeding.

•     The front gauge with ruler meter to meet the requirements of user's pre-positioning operation.

     2.2  The whole welding structure is adopted for the frame and upper blades holder, and the German technology is used for eliminating internal stress. The accuracy is maintained well.

    2.3  The shearing machine's two sides pillars, front working-table, pressing beams and upper blade holder are machined and formed by boring and milling machine at one time, which ensures the verticality and parallelism of each assemblying surface.

    2.4  Using shot blasting to remove rust and spray anti-rust paint onto welded frames.

 4.  Hydraulic system

    4.1.  Advanced European technology and adopting integrated hydraulic control system, it has good reliability.

    4.2.  Series cylinder synchronization system is adopted, and the machine tool is uniformly loaded.

    4.3.  The pressing force increases with the increase of shearing force.

    4.4.  Hydraulic system has overload overflow protection, safe and reliable.

   4.5.  The oil pump adopts the internal gear pump of NACHI Japan, which can withstand high pressure and low noise.

   4.6.  Sealings are manufactured by Germany MERKEL and Japan NOK. They have good sealing performance and long service life.

   4.7.  Clear and intuitive display of oil level height.

     4.8.  This machine can work continuously under rated load. The hydraulic system is stable and accuracy.

  5.  Electrical System

     5.1.  Using Estun NC controller E21s to control back-gauge travelling, 

     5.2.  The electronic control cabinet meets the IP54 protection standard, and the electrical components are arranged in a standard and clearly marked.

     5.3.  It is equipped with a fixed operating tpanel and a movable pedal switch for easy operation.

     5.5.  The equipment has reliable electrical safety measures such as emergency stop and overload protection to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
