Large Metal Plates fabricating machine CNC Electro-hydraulic synchronization Press Brakes

  

Main features of machine tool,

 

1.  This machine is Electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine.

 

2.  Up moving bending design, low noise and stable working state.

 

3.  Y1-Y2 can be programmed separately and work under eccentric load or special-shaped bending.

 

4.  The worktable adopts DNC controlled mechanical plus convex wedge deflection compensation worktable. After inputting the data of sheet thickness, lower die opening and tensile strength into the NC system, the bending force and the relevant compensation values of worktable and slider will be determined automatically. Therefore, the accurate convex amount can be obtained during each bending. In the process of machining, deflection compensation without blind area can be realized.

 

5.  At the bottom-dead point, there is a time to pause and maintain the pressure to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.

 

6.  Ram synchronization control. Y1 ~ Y2 axes are independent motion parameters of two oil cylinders controlled by NC system. Two grating rulers Y1 ~ Y2 are installed at both ends of the machine tool, which are used to measure the exact distance between the Ram and the workbench.

 

7. The machine has the ability to resist eccentric bending.
