  Key Functions of this Press brake:

1.    The Press brake uses full steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress,with high rigidity and stability. The frame,Ram, and other parts all are integrally processed by a large floor boring and milling machine after welding well.​

     2.    Torsion Bar forced mechanical synchronization, limit stopper balance with high precision. The forged material Bar body has good rigidity and elasticity, and has easy adjustment device.

      3.    Adopt integrated hydraulic control system, more reliable and easy for maintenance.

the particular installation choices allow to obtain especially moderate noise levels both on machines of average capacity. Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system, which can assure no leakage, and the oil level can be read or seen directly.

      4.   Adjustment mechanism of ram independent from oil cylinder assembly to enhance sealing effect.
 

      5.    The back gauge is welded by steel structure and has high rigidity. It is driven by AC motor, ball screw and linear guide to ensure high precision operation.

      6.    Standard Top tool is fitted with Rapid clamping. 4-way V-Die with different openings 

             The traditional forging and tempering process is used to remove air bubbles in the steel body material, and the overall hardness is improved by heat treatment.

     7.    Movable Foot pedal with emergency stop.

     8.    Front ram cover with LED lamp for work lighting.

     9.  NC Controller for hydraulic press brake: Estun E21, E22

  These controller only can control two axis-X & Y, back-gauge travelling and Ram positioning.

  Multi-work-step programming function is able to achieve an automatic operation and contnuous positioning or multi-step procedures , as well as an automatic precision adjustment for positions of rear stopper and gliding block ;

    1.   Front supporters moves smoothly on linear guider along worktable in rightward or leftward, also can be adjusted up and down to same level with V-Die top surface.
