Main characteristics of this machine:
PPT(K) seires Press Brake is a traditional sheet metal bending machine. It is simple in appearance, beautiful in appearance, convenient in operation and simple in adjustment.
A simple, effective and precise mechanical forced synchronization system control is adopted, and the Ram synchronization is controlled by a torsion shaft, and the bending termination degree is realized by a mechanical stop.
PPTK can realize numerical control operation.
Low cost and simple maintenance.
The disadvantage is that the efficiency is low and the degree of digitization is average.
Main Functions of the Press brake:
1.2. The frame adopts integral welding structure, which has good rigidity and strong stability.
1.3. Q235-B steel plate is used for the four major parts of the second side wall panel, worktable vertical plate and sliding block.
1.4. Automatic butt welding by submerged arc welding is adopted. When welding, turn over welding on both sides to reduce welding deformation. The weld shall be free of undercut, air hole, crack and other welding defects.
1.5. After the frame is welded, the high-temperature annealing aging treatment process is adopted to eliminate the welding stress and ensure the accuracy and stability of the processed parts.
1.6. The machining of the frame adopts the one-time clamping machining method of large floor Boring and Milling machine and Gantry machining center to ensure the machining accuracy of parts.
2. Cylinders:
2. 1. The cylinder block is integrally forged with 45# steel and has sufficient rigidity and strength. After forging and forming, the internal stress shall be eliminated through nondestructive testing and annealing process.
2.2. The piston rod and cylinder head are made of 45# forged steel and quenched to ensure their good comprehensive mechanical properties.
2.3 The processing of the cylinder block is mainly carried out on the CNC moving gantry milling. On the premise of ensuring the dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerance, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.4.
2.4. The piston rod and cylinder head adopt copper melting process. The molten copper is brass, which improves the support strength and eccentric load resistance of the guide surface, and also creates preconditions for reliable sealing.
2.5. The surface of the piston rod is rough ground after high-frequency quenching, and the hardness can reach hrc45, which improves the wear resistance of the surface. After chromium plating, the thickness of the coating reaches 0.08mm. After chromium plating, vibration grinding and polishing are adopted to ensure its roundness and cylindricity, and the surface roughness is further improved.

4. Hydraulic system,
4.1 Introduce European advanced technology and adopt integrated valve block.
4.2 The hydraulic system has overload overflow protection, which is safe and reliable.
4.3 The oil pump adopts the high-pressure internal gear pump of Nachi company in Japan, which can withstand high pressure and low noise.
4.4 The sealing ring is made of German Merkel company, with good sealing performance, reliable operation and long service life.
4.5 There is a clear and intuitive oil level height display.
4.6 The hydraulic system is equipped with a filter with high filtering accuracy.
4.7 The machine tool can work continuously under rated load, and the hydraulic system is continuously stable.
5. The back gauge is welded by steel structure and has high rigidity. It is driven by Servo motor, ball screw and linear guide to ensure high precision operation. The bakc-gauge fingers has high parallelism and quick adjustment on Linear guider.
6. Manual table deflection compensation device,
The integral adjustable convex worktable can obtain accurate deflection compensation on the whole length. It effectively compensates the deflection deformation caused by the slider and the vertical plate of the worktable, and can obtain an ideal bending workpiece. The deflection compensation workbench can be maintenance free within the service life of the machine tool.
7. Special Top tool is fitted with Rapid clamping designed for bending thin stainless steel plates.
