1.1. The upper blades holder adopts guillotine structure.
1.2. The rolling guide is supported by three-point type. The front preloading guide rail keeps the tool holder attached to the rear upper roller and the rear lower roller, and there is no clearance in reciprocating motion.
1.3. The lower fulcrum is fixed with good accuracy.
1.4. The upper tool holder adopts an inclined structure, which is convenient for blanking and improves the accuracy of the parts.
1.5. The shearing angle can be adjusted. The button control is used to adjust the shearing angle, which is convenient and fast.
1.6. When shearing thin plates, the shearing angle can be reduced, the distortion of the parts can be reduced to the minimum, and the incision is straight and without burrs.
1.7. The blade clearance adjustment is convenient and the shearing quality is improved. The clearance value of the blade is displayed numerically.

3. Main parts of Machine
3.1. Using computer-aided design. The frame, slider and other important components are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the rationality of the strength and structure of the frame.
3.2 The whole welding structure is adopted for the frame and upper blades holder, and the German technology is used for eliminating internal stress. The accuracy is maintained well.
3.3 Use shot peening to remove rust and spray anti-rust paint.
3.4 The machine tool's pillars, workbenches, pressing beams and upper tool holders are formed by boring and milling machine at one time, which ensures the verticality and parallelism of each mounting surface.
4.1. Introducing advanced European technology and adopting integrated hydraulic control system, it has good reliability.
4.2. Series cylinder synchronization system is adopted, and the machine tool is uniformly loaded.
4.3. Hydraulic system uses skin-bag accumulator as auxiliary energy, absorbs pressure impact at the same time, machine tool runs smoothly and has low noise.
