Main Functions of the Press brake:
1.2. The frame adopts integral welding structure, and the rigidity of the machine tool is good.
1.3. Q235-B materials are used for wall panels, worktable vertical plates and sliding plates.
1.4. When large parts are butt welded, submerged arc welding shall be adopted for automatic butt welding. When welding, turn over welding on both sides to reduce welding deformation. The weld shall be free of undercut, air hole, crack and other welding defects. Conduct flaw detection after welding.
1.5. High temperature annealing aging treatment process is adopted for large parts to eliminate welding stress and ensure the accuracy and stability of processed parts.
1.6. The machining of the frame adopts the one-time clamping machining method of large floor boring and milling machine and moving gantry machining center to ensure the machining accuracy of parts.
2. Cylinders:
2. 1. The cylinder block is integrally forged with 45# steel and has sufficient rigidity and strength. After forging and forming, through nondestructive testing, ensure that the material has no defects such as loose structure, and through annealing process to eliminate internal stress and ensure the stability of the material.
2. 2. The piston rod and cylinder head are made of 45# forged steel and normalized to ensure better comprehensive mechanical properties.
3. Torsion Bar forced mechanical synchronization, limit stopper balance with high precision Y-axis.

5. The back gauge is welded by steel structure and has high rigidity. It is driven by Servo motor, ball screw and linear guide to ensure high precision operation. The bakc-gauge fingers has high parallelism and quick adjustment on Linear guider.

The integral adjustable convex worktable can obtain accurate deflection compensation on the whole length.
7. Special Top tool is fitted with Rapid clamping designed for bending thin stainless steel plates.

Multi-work-step programming function is able to achieve an automatic operation and contnuous positioning or multi-step procedures , as well as an automatic precision adjustment for positions of rear stopper and gliding block ;
